The Academy of Western Music (AWM) is the country’s first-of-its kind school of music at Chennai. The state of the art facility is located at Santhome, spanning 7500 square feet and spread over 3 floors with ample open space. It is fully air conditioned with power back up and has spacious classrooms, a student library and a recital hall for student performances. Amenities like a large reception, ample car parking and a dining hall are some of the other features that create an ambience on par with international standards.
Equipped with top of the line musical instruments, the Academy offers superior quality education in Western Instruments, Vocal, and Music Theory. Students are prepared for exams in music graded by the reputed Trinity College (London) & Rock School (UK). The courses are offered for students aged 7 and above with fees starting from Rs.2250 per month.
This talent development centre is for those who wish to learn and master music through quality training programs that develop their creative ability by providing performance opportunities.
